If trying to print a report in HBSMR or PACS (or any other MS Access application) gives an error message along the lines of "cannot find report or form MonFullRpt", even though this report does exist, this is likely to be caused by the PC not having a default printer set. This is because Access cannot preview a report if it doesn't know what printer it is working with.
